Mentoring Faith

Multiply your impact. Develop your gifts. Lead with confidence.

You're Ready for More

You've been growing in your faith. You've experienced God's transforming power in your own life. And now you're feeling that pull - that inner sense that God is calling you to something more.

That's not random. That's calling.

Maybe you've been thinking about teaching the Bible, leading a small group, mentoring new believers, or serving in ministry. Maybe you have gifts and talents you know God wants to use, but you're not sure how to take the next step.

Personal welcome from our pastor

Here's What We Believe

God doesn't just save people - He equips them. He gives spiritual gifts, develops natural talents, and creates opportunities for His people to make an eternal impact.

Your journey isn't just about you anymore. It's about multiplication. It's about legacy.

Why We Need You

At ShoutChurch, we're not looking for perfect people. We're looking for faithful people - those who are willing to grow themselves while helping others grow too.

New believers who walk through our doors need what you have.

Your perspective on what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life

Your willingness to be honest about struggles and victories

Your growing understanding of Scripture and spiritual truth

Your passion to see others experience the transformation you've experienced

Your unique gifts, talents, and life experiences

How We'll Develop You

We don't just put you to work - we invest in your growth.

Here's how we'll help you develop as a mentor and leader:

Leadership Training: Regular training sessions covering Bible teaching, small group leadership, mentoring skills, conflict resolution, and spiritual formation.

Spiritual Gifts Assessment: Discover your unique spiritual gifts and how to use them effectively in ministry.

Personal Coaching: One-on-one coaching from experienced leaders who will help you develop your skills and navigate challenges.

Ongoing Support: Regular check-ins, troubleshooting help, and encouragement as you serve.

What Makes a Great Mentor?

Not Perfection - Authenticity: People don't need a superhero. They need someone real who's willing to share both struggles and victories.

Not Expert Knowledge - Teachability: The best mentors are those who remain humble learners themselves.

Not Ministry Experience - Genuine Care: Your heart for people matters more than your resume.

Not Confidence - Faithfulness: God uses available people more than capable people.

Common Questions from Potential Mentors

"What if I don't feel qualified?"
Perfect. Neither did Moses, Gideon, Jeremiah, or most people God called. He specializes in using ordinary people to do extraordinary things. We'll train and support you.

"How much time does it require?"
It varies by role, but most mentoring opportunities require 2-4 hours per week. We'll help you find something that fits your schedule.

"What if I try it and it's not a good fit?"
That's completely okay. Sometimes discovering what you're NOT called to is just as valuable as discovering what you ARE called to. No commitment is permanent.

"Can I serve even if I still have questions and doubts?"
Absolutely. Authentic faith includes honest questions. Your willingness to wrestle with truth makes you more relatable, not less effective.
