Bi-Vocational Executive Pastor

Do you have a passion for ministry excellence and organizational leadership? ShoutChurch, a dynamic, nondenominational congregation in Sierra Vista, AZ, is seeking a bi-vocational Executive Pastor to help us steward our mission, systems, and growth. This part-time role is ideal for someone called to both ministry and marketplace, ready to serve alongside a passionate team and congregation.

About the Role

Oversee church operations, administration, and ministry systems.

Collaborate with the Senior Pastor on strategic planning, budgeting, and staff/volunteer development.

Ensure alignment of all ministries with ShoutChurch’s mission and values.

Support the implementation of outreach, discipleship, and worship initiatives.

Help foster a culture of excellence, transparency, and accountability.

About You

Gifted in administration, communication, and organizational leadership.

Experience in church or nonprofit management (marketplace experience welcomed).

Theologically grounded (seminary or Bible college training preferred).

Flexible, servant-hearted, and able to serve bi-vocationally (part-time).

Passionate about building systems that support spiritual growth and community impact.
