Outreach Ministry Pastor

Are you passionate about reaching people with the love of Jesus—both inside and outside the church walls? ShoutChurch, a nondenominational Christian congregation in Sierra Vista, AZ, is seeking a bi-vocational Outreach Pastor to lead our evangelism and community engagement efforts. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a growing, diverse church with a heart for authentic relationships and outward-focused ministry.

About the Role

Champion relational evangelism, connecting with people in homes, workplaces, and digital spaces.

Equip and inspire volunteers to share their faith and serve the community.

Oversee outreach events, seasonal campaigns, and digital strategies.

Build bridges between the church and the broader Sierra Vista community.

Serve as a culture-builder, mobilizer, and visionary for outreach ministries.

Collaborate with the Senior Pastor, elders, and ministry leaders.

About You

A joyful, relational leader with a heart for evangelism and discipleship.

Able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds (military, families, young adults).

Creative and enthusiastic about new outreach opportunities.

Theologically grounded (seminary or Bible college training preferred).

Willing and able to serve bi-vocationally (part-time role with flexibility for other employment or ministry).
