ShoutChurch is seeking a bi-vocational Hospitality Ministry Pastor to lead our efforts in guest experience, volunteer teams, and facility care. This part-time leadership role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and ensuring everyone feels at home.

About the Role

Lead and equip hospitality, greeting, and usher teams.

Oversee Sunday morning guest experience and follow-up.

Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming facility environment.

Collaborate with ministry leaders to foster a culture of warmth and belonging.

Support special events, volunteer appreciation, and newcomer integration.

About You

Warm, personable, and attentive to detail.

Experience in hospitality, event planning, or volunteer coordination is a plus.

Theologically grounded (seminary or Bible college training preferred).

Able to serve bi-vocationally (part-time) and work with volunteers of all backgrounds.

Committed to making every person feel seen and valued.​
